Dispatch Times...

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. If the item is out of stock we place the items on order with the supplier and we will dispatch them within 1-2 working days of arrival to our store. 

 

​Pre orders 

Orders that contain items with a future release date will not be dispatched until either the release date or the first working day after that release date if it is released on a non working day. Please note that we cannot guarantee you will receive the product on release date (Games Workshop's policy for FLGS's mean that we might not receive the goods until after the release date itself).

Store Collection

All store collection orders will be available for collection the next working day after the order is placed. We have very specific opening times so please be aware that collections are only available on days we are open. Collection may be possible on the day of purchase but you would need to contact us before arrival to confirm. If the item has to be ordered in you will be notified on the items arrival to store when it is avaliable for collection.

If you place an order at 11:30am on Monday, you should receive it on Wednesday or Thursday. If you place an order at 10:00am on Friday, you should receive it on Monday or Tuesday.

 

Please note that some products (such as Aerosol Paints) will only be available in store and will not be eligible for  delivery.

Returns Policy

​

We offer a 14 day returns policy. If you are unhappy with your product(s) please return it to us for a full refund within 14 days. Please note that all items are expected to be returned in a new and saleable condition with all original packaging intact.

If they are not received in the same condition as they were dispatched then your return may be rejected. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Please make sure to include a note of the original order with the return so that we can process refunds.

Trading Card Disclaimer: Our aim is to sell to collectors that will open the boxes and packs so although it is rare slight dinks on the corners of boxes and srink wraps tears do not warrant returns.
